Different materials need different treatment. Follow the care instructions supplied with your garment, footwear or surface, and test any tool gently on an inconspicuous area before wider use.

Dispatched from the United Kingdom
We dispatch orders from the UK and deliver to England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and United Kingdom Armed Forces addresses (BFPO).
Delivery is free with no minimum spend, and tracking is provided after dispatch. Processing takes 1–3 working days, followed by an estimated 3–5 working days in transit.
Customers do not pay import duties or customs clearance fees for these UK-dispatched orders. See our Shipping Policy for full delivery information.
Support beyond your order
We offer a 30-day returns period, pay return delivery costs and accept exchanges with replacement delivery covered by us. No restocking or return handling fee applies.
For eligible returns, we initiate refunds within 3 working days of receiving the goods or valid evidence of sending them back, whichever is earlier. Bank processing time is additional.
